2. What important value that matters to you would you want to be a part of the fabric of this company?
3. What do you want to change about this company?
4. Why do you think we are not growing as we should?
5. If you were the CEO, what would you do differently?
6. What are we missing as a growth factor in this company?
7. What frustrates/confuses you about this business?
8. What stands in the way of success in this company?
9. What would you want this business to become in the next 10 years? (This question is futuristic)
10. If you were a customer, would you consistently do business with this company? Why?
After getting answers to these questions, collate them and see where changes would be made. Trust us, after analysis, a new world would be opened to you. You would even begin to see better ways of doing things from the answers provided.
On the entrepreneurial journey, no one has a monopoly of knowledge. You don’t know it all. You need the help of others to point in the right direction.
And sometimes, your employees are the people that will help you see things accurately. After all, they are the ones who consistently interface with the customers.
