Our Story

Founded in Nigeria in 2016, Richard & Malcolm is designed to operate as a business & Leadership development and idea, knowledge & strategy-based company. We are also a company united by a strong set of core values. Focused on client impact, our vision is to build and nurture 5000 small business and entrepreneurs across Africa into meaningful brands by December 2030, through providing strategic training, coaching and consulting interventions. We strongly believe that our purpose can be achieved by consistently improving and delivering on our four cardinal areas: The organization, the entrepreneur, the employee and the customer.
